1. Shippers go to the home page and click on the red [Shippers Start Here] button...

 

2. Create your account including a user name and password (no credit card required ever)...

 

3. Go to your Shipper dashboard and follow the prompts to list your shipment...

 

4. Your Shipment will then be immediately listed on ReadyShipUSA's load board... 

 

5. HotShot and Freight Transporters will message you through ReadyShipUSA with questions about your shipment and with PRIVATE QUOTES!

 

**Transporters will message you through ReadyShipUSA's private messaging system or your personal email with private shipping quotes, you decide which quote to accept! (Turn on your email notifications to be sure to not miss a quote!)

 

Shippers to list a shipment: Log into your dashboard and Click Add New Listing... then complete the information about your shipment, and check your private inbox frequently for quotes from Transporters. Choose your Transporter, message them back to start your conversation, and finally make arrangements for pick up and delivery.

Transporters to find shipments: Log into your dashboard and click on Find Shipments tab. Buzz through the load board or use the search tools (Google Maps/GPS) to find the loads in your lane... message any questions and/or quotes to the shippers through their private inbox...check your inbox frequently for a response from the shipper(s)...and finally, start a conversation and make arrangements for pick up and delivery.

More User Friendly Features

 

*ReadyShipUSA now provide's the ability for Shippers to see what Transporters see and added an edit listing feature for our Shippers. 

 

 *ReadyShipUSA Private Messages are now also sent as an email to the Shipper/Transporter registration email to ensure timely message delivery!

 

*Transporters can search for shipments in their lane using the Google maps radius search feature.

 

 *Shippers can now “View Transporter Profile” and reply to the message with answers to any Transporter questions.

Hire Transporter Feature

 

 

Shippers can now accept the Transporters quoted price using the “Hire Transporter” feature attached to the Transporter message.

 

After Shipper Hires the Transporter... the shipment will be placed in the Transporter "My Deliveries" tab. Transporter will then click on my deliveries in their dashboard, click on shipment to "Accept or decline Shipment". 

 

Transporter will now "Accept Shipment" and a confirmation message will be sent to Shipper. The shipment has now been awarded and will be removed from the load board.

 

Once the Transporter "Accept Shipment", a status notification will be sent to the Shipper marked as "Waiting to be Shipped".

 

If Shipper declines a Transporter quote or Transporter declines the shipment, an email notification is sent to the Shipper or Transporter and the shipment will be placed back on the Load Board.

Shipment Status Feature

 

After the Transporter accepts the shipment a message will be sent to the Shipper confirming shipment status "Waiting To Be Shipped"

 

When the Transporter picks up the shipment and changes the shipment status to 'In Transit, a confirmation message will be sent to Shipper indicating shipment status change to "In Transit"

 

After Transporter delivers the Shipment and changes shipment status to "Delivered" the Shipper will receive a message indicating shipment status changed to "Delivered" with a "Confirm Delivery" link to confirm shipment status.

 

*Transporter can change shipment status by logging into their dashboard, clicking on the My Shipments tab, clicking on the relevant shipment and clicking shipment status tab under the Google map attached to the shipment... (see attached)

Rate the Transporter/Shipper Feature

 

This is an opportunity for Shippers and Transporters to give feedback on their transaction and performance.

 

Once delivery is confirmed by the Shipper a message with a link will be sent to Shipper to "Rate the Transporter" and leave feedback.

 

After the Shipper rates the Transporter a message with a link to "Rate the Shipper" will be sent to Transporter to leave feedback.
